Apple Standard End User License Agreement
1. Scope
These terms govern your use of the Launchlane iOS application (the “App”) provided by Mike Sila (“Launchlane,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The App is an authenticated workspace tool for B2B SaaS onboarding teams. Workspace data is stored by our hosting provider, synchronized across your devices, and cached on the device for offline use.
Apple’s Standard License Agreement governs the license to the App; these terms add Launchlane-specific terms and don’t replace it.
2. License
Subject to these terms and any applicable Apple platform terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App for your internal business purposes on Apple devices that you own or control.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code from the App except where applicable law does not permit that restriction.
3. Accounts, workspace data and privacy
You need an account to use a live workspace. You're responsible for activity under your account and for the content you enter. Members of a workspace can see its content. Your use of the App is also subject to the Launchlane Privacy Policy.
Don't enter passwords, API keys, payment-card data, identity documents, health information or other information that shouldn't be stored in a business workflow tool.
You can delete your account in the App (Settings → Account → Delete account). This removes your login and personal account data and any workspace where you're the only member; shared workspaces remain for their other members.
4. Subscriptions
A live workspace requires the Launchlane Workspace auto-renewing subscription, sold through Apple's In-App Purchase, monthly or annually at the price shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends. If a free trial is offered and you're eligible, any unused portion ends when you purchase. Manage or cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple. Deleting your account doesn't cancel your subscription. One subscription covers one workspace.
5. Copilot and customer communications
Copilot (AI) suggestions are generated from your workspace data and may be incomplete or wrong. Review them before relying on them; nothing Copilot produces is saved or sent unless you confirm it. The App can help you draft notes to customers but doesn't send messages or contact customers. You're responsible for any communication you send using another tool.
6. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- maintaining the security of your account, device and passcode;
- using the App lawfully and in accordance with your organization’s policies;
- maintaining appropriate backups of information you need; and
- ensuring that your use of the App does not violate another person’s rights or confidentiality obligations.
7. Updates and availability
We may update, change, suspend or discontinue the App or parts of it. We do not promise that every feature will always be available or that the App will meet every particular workflow requirement.
8. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties except those that cannot legally be excluded. Launchlane does not provide legal, tax, compliance, financial or professional advice through the App.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mike Sila will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits or business arising from or related to the App.
10. Termination
This license ends if you breach these terms or if the App is removed from your device, discontinued or otherwise made unavailable. On termination, stop using the App and delete it if required by the applicable terms.
11. Apple terms
The App is distributed through Apple’s App Store. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms, including the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and any Standard License Agreement that applies. Apple and its affiliates are not responsible for providing maintenance or support for the App except as required by applicable law.
